Latin American Regional Association

"The Latin American branch of the Global BHR Association aims to aggregate scholars from Latin America interested in the field. It will celebrate an annual regional conference on business and human rights, with the idea of discussing the themes that are more vivid in the region, to address pressing issues that might require scholarly commentary and analysis, to propose solutions that take into consideration the specificities of the region, and to analyze business and human rights cases arising in Latin America.

The main objective of the Latin American branch is to build cooperation networks that promote research, discussion and dissemination of questions and issues related to business and human rights in Latin America."
